I am a local homeowner and businessman. I have utilized other concierge services in the past for minor errands and other personal related tasks and found them to be somewhat lacking. When I discovered RECLAIM YOUR TIME I was skeptical, to say the least!

“My mother, who lived in the Bellingham area recently passed away. I live in Florida, and my siblings live in various places around the country. We all have jobs and families, so we couldn’t take extended leaves to handle all of mom’s affairs. I am so grateful that I found RYT- I don’t know what we would have done without their help. “I own a business, and received 3 very large projects at the same time, with deadlines on them all. I was already in the middle of several other smaller projects, in different stages of development. When these new jobs came in, I was so overwhelmed, that it paralyzed me. For two full days, I moved papers from one side of my desk to the other, read & re-read non-urgent e-mails, and opened and closed drawers thinking they must contain the answers as to where/how to start.

I live in Vancouver, Canada and feel so fortunate to have found RECLAIM YOUR TIME on the internet. Lisa took care of some of my affairs in Seattle. She also picked up some deliveries and took care of the storage arrangements for me.

RECLAIM YOUR TIME is unbelievable!. They went so far above any expectations- especially being that it was a last minute request. I was having a Halloween party, and being a long-term bachelor, I didn’t think of food until 3:00 that day. I called RECLAIM YOUR TIME and Lisa, the owner, completely took care of it for me. By 6:30, she had delivered several trays of food- vegetables with dip, chips, salsa & bean dip, apples and cheese, hummus with pita bread, stuffed mushrooms, and I’m sure I’m leaving some stuff out. She also brought a large variety of desserts (She even put a little label on the dessert that included nuts in case anyone was allergic) and drinks- things I never would have thought of “healthy” sodas (Blue Sky, Hansons) along with the regular assortment of coke, Pepsi, water etc. One of the most amazing things was that she set it all up on my plates, so it looked like I’d been working all day making it (even though the people who know me would never fall for it), and was out of here before the first Cat in the Hat arrived!

The price was so reasonable, and the service amazing and FRIENDLY. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a helping hand, and will recommend it to everyone I know.

Lisa at RECLAIM YOUR TIME was awesome! I was sort of panicked because I really wanted to impress my girlfriend by surprising her with a gift- to show her that I remembered the anniversary of the date we met. I had an emergency meeting at work, and couldn’t leave in time to pick up the gift I bought her. I called RECLAIM YOUR TIME, and Lisa picked up the gift, and also included a blank card in case I hadn’t thought of it. She suggested I make reservations for dinner at a nice restaurant, and then took care of all the arrangements for that, including having flowers delivered to the table! She definitely helped me impress my girlfriend, and helped make the whole evening a great experience.

I am writing this testimonial to say that RECLAIM YOUR TIME did just that for me! Because of my husband’s and my work schedules, we had been neglecting our front yard and it had become quite overgrown and full of weeds. The gravel pathways were almost completely covered over. I was beginning to be embarrassed and afraid the neighbors might complain. When I called RECLAIM YOUR TIME I was treated very courteously and given an estimate within a short period of time. Surprisingly, the estimate was much more reasonable than others I had received.

In what I thought was a very short period of time, the garden looked great! The owner, Lisa, was very friendly and efficient. She always checked in with me to make sure her work was to my satisfaction and to make sure any details I had requested were being attended to properly.
